Welcome to Noora Wear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of noorawear.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Products
- Product photographs and descriptions are representative. Slight color variation may occur due to monitor calibration, lighting, and the natural variation of fabrics and dyes.
- Inventory and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products.
- If a pricing error appears on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order even after order confirmation.
3. Orders & payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing errors.
- Payment is collected at checkout in U.S. Dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full purchase amount including shipping and applicable taxes.
- Once an order is placed, it can be modified or canceled within 2 hours by emailing hello@noorawear.com. After that window, the order is in fulfillment.
4. Shipping & returns
Shipping and return policies are governed separately by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photography, graphics, logos, the Noora Wear name and trademarks, software, and overall design — is owned by Noora Wear or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable law
- Interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm another person
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Scrape, reproduce, or republish Site content for commercial purposes
7. Account responsibility
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@noorawear.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noora Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Noora Wear, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
