Where your pieces come from, how long they take, and what to expect at every step.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate tracking email once your package ships.
Where we ship from
Noora Wear curates modest fashion from a global network of suppliers. Items ship from the supplier closest to where the piece originated. To keep prices accessible and the supply chain transparent, we don't claim US-side warehousing. You'll see all tracking links in your shipping confirmation email, and most US orders combine into a single package per order.

All delivery estimates are calculated from order date and include processing time.
International shipping
We ship globally via USPS and DHL Express:
- USPS International: 10-21 business days
- DHL Express: 5-9 business days
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer in destination countries outside the USA. Noora Wear is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by customs.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email hello@noorawear.com with your order number.
Lost or delayed packages
If a tracking number stops updating for more than 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), email us at hello@noorawear.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and either resend or refund.
Address changes
If you need to change a shipping address, email us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
