Orders & payment

How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping is 7-12 business days. Express is 5-7. Some items ship directly from international suppliers and may take 14-21 business days — this is shown clearly on each product page before you check out. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, via USPS and DHL Express. Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing it — email hello@noorawear.com with your order number. After that, the order has entered fulfillment.

Sourcing & supply

Where do your products come from?
Noora Wear is a curator, not a manufacturer. We source modest fashion from a global network of suppliers — primarily across Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa — and bring it to one storefront with US-friendly shipping, returns, and customer service. We don't run our own production facilities. Most items are selected from established suppliers we've vetted for quality and price; a smaller share is produced at small-batch scale by partner studios.

Why do some items take longer to arrive than others?
To keep our prices honest and our catalog wide, a portion of our items ships directly from international suppliers. These take longer (typically 14-21 business days) than items shipping from domestic stock (5-12 days). Each product page shows the estimated delivery before you check out — so you know exactly what to expect, no surprises.

Do you make any of your items in-house?
No. We are a curator, not a manufacturer. We don't run our own production. Some items are produced at small-batch scale by partner studios; others are selected from established suppliers we've vetted for quality and price. We try to be straightforward about that rather than implying scale we don't have.

Are your suppliers ethical?
We choose partners we'd be comfortable visiting, and we avoid suppliers that won't share basic information about working conditions. We don't audit factories ourselves and we won't pretend otherwise — but we do drop suppliers when red flags come up. If you have questions about a specific item, email us.

What sizes do you offer?
Hijabs are typically one-size-fits-most. Abayas come in S, M, L, and XL — see our Size Guide for measurements.

What materials do you use?
Chiffon, modal silk, crinkle cotton, woven linen, and gold-fill metals for jewelry — chosen for breathability, drape, and longevity.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return a hijab?
For hygiene reasons, hijabs and head coverings are final sale. Defective items are always covered — see our Refund Policy.

How do I return an abaya?
Email hello@noorawear.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send a return authorization and instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?
Not direct exchanges. The fastest path is to return for a refund and place a new order so you secure the new piece while inventory lasts.

Care

How should I wash my abaya?
Cool wash, hang dry, iron on low. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach.

How do I store my hijab?
Roll loosely (don't fold sharply) and keep away from direct sunlight to preserve the dye.

Can I wear my Noora jewelry through wudu?
Yes — our 14k gold-fill pieces are tarnish-resistant and designed for daily wear, including during wudu.
