Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't work, here's exactly how returns work at Noora Wear — written plainly, with no buried fine print.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email hello@noorawear.com with your order number and reason — we'll respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions.

Eligible for return

  • Abayas, in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — covered always, regardless of category (see "Defective items" below).

Final sale (cannot be returned)

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hijabs, scarves, khimars, and all head coverings
  • Undercaps and inner caps
  • Earrings and any pierced jewelry
  • Items marked "final sale" on the product page
  • Items purchased with a discount of 30% or greater

This is a fashion industry standard for hygiene-sensitive items, and it lets us keep our prices honest for everyone.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email hello@noorawear.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear photo of the issue
  3. A photo of the shipping label

We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. We cover return shipping in these cases.

How to return

  1. Email hello@noorawear.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization (RA) number and the return address.
  3. Pack the item with its original packaging and tags. Include the RA number with the parcel.
  4. Ship via a tracked, insured service at your own cost. We strongly recommend tracking — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 5-10 business days), we process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection. Allow an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap sizes or colors is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order — that way you secure the new piece while inventory is still available.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs fees. We strongly recommend a tracked, insured service. Original international shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing hello@noorawear.com with your order number. After that window, your order has entered fulfillment and cannot be canceled — please return it once received per the policy above.
